This Week's Yoga and Lunch Club

Hello,  I hope you have had a lovely Thanksgiving Holiday.   I am looking forward to our yoga this week on:

Tuesday, November 29 at 10:30AM at BUMC
Wednesday, November 30 at 6PM at BUMC
Saturday, December 3 at 9:30AM at BUMC
and

Sunday, December 4 at 5PM at OGUMC

The Lunch Club will meet on Tuesday, December 13 immediately after yoga at Northlake Thai Restaurant.   Please let me know if you will be there and I will make a reservation the day before.  The restaurant's address is 3939 Lavista Road, Tucker, GA 30084 and the phone number is 770/938-2223.

Week of Thanksgiving

Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 10:30AM at BUMC at the Fellowship Hall.   To get to the Fellowship Hall at BUMC, pass the playground on your left and immediately, turn left and immediately turn to left again to face a red door which will be unlocked.

Wednesday, Nov. 23 at 6PM at BUMC at the Fellowship Hall.   See directions above.

Saturday, Nov. 26 at 9:30AM at BUMC at the Old Fellowship Hall which is our previous yoga room.   To get to this room, pass the playground on your left, continue to the end of the property and turn left to go down a narrow driveway.   On your right there will be a small patio and on your left a large green door which the door to the room we will use.

Sunday, Nov. 27 at OGUMC at 5PM at the Gym.

Hello everyone,

This week, we will practice yoga on:

Tuesday, Nov. 8 at 10:30AM at BUMC
Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 6PM at BUMC
Saturday, Nov. 12 at 9:30AM at BUMC
and
Sunday, Nov. 13 at 5PM at OGUMC

I have found yoga socks and blocks and straps at very low prices and purchased them in case you would like to have them.   Socks are $4.99 plus tax and the set of two blocks and a strap at $7.99 plus tax.   Let me know if you would like to purchase them.   Socks are normally $10.00 and the sets are usually sold for around $12.00.
