Hello,  I hope you are doing well and enjoying our beautiful autumn days.   I am looking forward to practicing yoga with you this week on:

Tuesday, September 25 @ 10:30AM at BUMC
Wednesday, September 26 @ 6PM at BUMC
Saturday, September 29 @ 9:30AM at BUMC
and

Sunday, September 30 @5PM at OGUMC

Please remember that Sunday yoga will take place at BUMC as of Oct. 7, 2012.

The Dinner Club will meet on Thursday, Oct. 11 at 6:30PM at Chateau de Saigon at 4300 Buford Hwy., NE, #218, Atlanta, GA 30345, 404-929-0034.   Please let me know if you plan to go.

As of October 7, Sunday yoga will take place at BUMC.   I would like to thank OGUMC for providing me with space to offer yoga there on Sundays for several years.   I also would like to thank BUMC to let us have such a great space for our yoga.   It is a pleasure and privilege for me to offer yoga in our area.
