Chair Yoga

I have had several inquiries about offering Chair Yoga and I am trying to have enough participants to start it.   I have attached a flyer and a registration form.  Please spread the word.

Tuesday, Jan. 29 @ 10:30AM at BUMC
Wednesday, Jan. 30 @ 6PM at BUMC
Saturday, Feb. 2 @ 9:30AM at BUMC
and
Sunday, Feb. 3 @ 5PM at BUMC

Lunch Club
We will have lunch on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 12PM at Himalayan Spice at 2773 Clairmont Road, Atlanta, GA 30329; 404/549-7602.   I will make a reservation on Feb. 18.  Please let me know if you plan to be there.




Dinner Club
We will have dinner on Wednesday, February 13 at 7:15PM at Tairyou, 5953 Buford Hwy., Doraville, Ga 30340, 770/696-4516.  I will make reservation the day before.   Please let me know if you plan to be there.
