 Thursday, March 1 at 11:30AM at Habersham; Chair/Mat yoga

Saturday, March 3 at 9:30AM at Habersham

Sunday, March 4 at 5PM at Habersham

               Meditation  

I am not offering meditation on due to lack of interest.

I would be happy to offer meditation on any day we meet for yoga when we have at least 5 persons interested.  Please let me know if you are interested.

I have attached  March's  calendar for your reference and review.

I will offer Chair/Mat yoga at Northlake library on Tuesdays from 3 to 4PM.  Dates are Feb. 27; March 6, 13, 20 and 27; April 10, 17 and 24.

Please review the Fees and Payment Policy.  Remember if you are paying $50.00 per month, you have agreed to pay $50.00 per month regardless of your attendance.

Last week I sent out an email regarding renewing our agreement from May 1, 2018 to at least October 31, 2018.  Please respond if you haven't yet.  

Please label any item you leave in the yoga room with your name to avoid any confusion.  

In addition to the Magazine Swap, we have a coupon swap.  Please participate.
