I am looking forward to our yoga this week:

Tuesday, July 24 @ 10:30AM at BUMC

Wednesday, July 25 @ 6PM at BUMC

Saturday, July 28 @ 9:30AM at BUMC

and

Sunday, July 29 @ 5PM at OGUMC

Correction to July Schedule

I will have to be out of town on Tuesday, July 31.  I am offering a make up day on Friday, July 27 at 10:30AM at the same place.

Reminder of Aug. schedule

I will be out of town the first week in August; No yoga on Wed., Aug. 1, Sat., Aug. 4 and Sun., Aug. 5.   I have attached August schedule for your review and reference.

Lunch and Dinner Club Dates

Lunch Club will meet on Tuesday, August 7 at 12 at Colbeh at 123 E. Court Square, Decatur, Ga 30030, 404-373-1226.  Please let me know if you would like to go.

Dinner Club will meet on Friday, August 17 at 7:30PM at Coco Cabana at 4073 LaVista Road, Tucker, GA 30084, 770-723-0331.  Please let me know if you would like to go.
