Hello everyone,
I am so excited about this new class. During the last few months, I have been offering a class at a physical therapy office that combines chair yoga with mat yoga. This class allows participants to choose chair, mat or both for their practice. I would like to offer this class at Briarcliff United Methodist Church at the Fellowship Hall at the ground level.
I hope I will have enough participants to start on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013. It will be from 11:30AM to 12:30PM. The cost will be $10.00 per class with a monthly commitment or $15.00 if not paid for the full month.
I have attached information for your review. I have also attached a registration form. Please fill out the registration form and send it back to me ASAP.
