Please read below for the changes of location for Thursday, Saturday and Sunday this week.
Tuesday, March 22 at 10:30AM at CPC
Wednesday, March 23 at 6PM at CPC
Thursday, March 24 at 11:30AM at Mason Mill Park; Chair/Mat yoga
Saturday, March 25 at 9:30AM at CPC (we will meet at the preschool building.)
Sunday, March 20 at 5PM at Mason Mill Park
Optional Meditation on Second Wednesday of Each Month
100% of your donation benefits Our House which provides care and education to homeless children and helps their parents to get to their feet.
Please remember to put your donation in the basket in lieu of extra fee.
Lunch and Dinner Club Dates
Our April lunch date is Thursday, April 21. We are going to Kobe in Northlake.
Reminders and notes
I received a note from CPC that due to the holy week, we can't use the room from Thursday through Sunday. Please see below options that I have worked out:
Thursday, March 24: you are welcome to attend on Tuesday, March 22 or join me at Mason Mill park next to the pavilion for a yoga at park. If you usually use a chair, please bring a lawn chair with you. You are also welcome to attend yoga at Northlake library on Tuesday from 3 to 4PM
Saturday, March 26: We will meet at the building where the preschool is located. This is the building that faces the Azalea Drive. Look for a door with an awning. Thank you Elaine and Stacey for making this available.
You are also welcome to attend yoga at Northlake library on Tuesday from 3 to 4PM.
Sunday, March 27: Please join me at Mason Mill park next to the pavilion for a yoga at park or you are welcome to attend yoga on Saturday.
Other option is to attend yoga at the library from 3 to 4PM on Tuesday.
If none of these options work for you, please make up any other day that works for you.
