Thursday, June 29 at 11:30AM at Habersham; Chair/Mat yoga
No Yoga on Saturday, July 1
No Yoga on Sunday, July 2
Meditation on Second Wednesday of Each Month
Please join me for a 10-15 minute meditation after yoga on Second Wednesday of the month.

Reminders and notes
Due to July 4 holiday, we won't have yoga on Saturday and Sunday and Tuesday, July 1, 2 and 4.
We will have yoga on Wednesday, July 5 as usual.
Please turn the cell phones off. Even when they are on silence, the vibration sound bothers those that are nearby.
