Thursday, January 11 at 11:30AM at Habersham; Chair/Mat yoga
Saturday, January 13 at 9:30AM at Habersham
Sunday, January 14 at 5PM at Habersham
Meditation
I will not offer meditation on Wednesday evenings any more since there isn't enough persons participating.
I would be happy to offer meditation when we have at least 5 persons interested.

Please label any item you leave in the yoga room with your name to avoid any confusion.
