Thursday, February 1 at 11:30AM at Habersham; Chair/Mat yoga
Saturday, February 3 at 9:30AM at Habersham
Sunday, February 4 at 5PM at Habersham
Meditation
I am not offering meditation on Wednesday evenings since there isn't enough persons participating.
I would be happy to offer meditation when we have at least 5 persons interested. Please let me know if you are interested.
