| Posted: 29 Oct 2018 11:44 AM PDT Hello Here is this week's schedule: Tuesday, Oct. 30 at 10:30AM at Habersham; meditation immediately after yoga Instead of Wednesday, Oct. 31, we will meet on Thursday, Nov. 1 at 6PM at Habersham Thursday, Nov. 1 at 11:30AM at Habersham No yoga on Saturday, Nov. 3 Sunday, Nov. 4 at 5PM at Habersham Yoga TidBits The third Chakra, the Solar Plexus is between the navel and solar plexus. It represents the core of our personality, our identity, and our ego. Using its power, one becomes aware of self's personal power, of self confidence and self responsibility and reliability. We realize that we have power to choose to achieve our life purpose. We have the power to choose to be proactive rather than reactive or inactive. The challenge of this Chakra is to find the balance to avoid emotional outbursts and doing nothing. One way to find balance in this area is avoiding self judgment and self criticizing.
