Please note that as of July 1, 2019 there is a minimum $15.00 fee per month for meditation on Tuesdays payable at the beginning of the month. Please write a separate check payable to Mariam Gilmer.

I will offer Chair/Mat yoga at Embry Hills library on Tuesdays from 3 to 4PM. The dates are July 9 and 16. On July 16 the session will start at 2PM.
I have attached July's calendar for your reference and review.
Please label any item you leave in the yoga room with your name to avoid any confusion.
