Chair/Mat Yoga

Chair yoga is an adaptation of Hatha yoga for people who face challenges doing floor-based mat yoga poses.  Chair/Mat yoga provides opportunity for participants to use a chair, a mat or both depending on their preference or limitations. Chair yoga has the benefits of regular yoga practice without the challenges of getting down on the floor. 

Practicing yoga on a regular basis will give you a chance to take a break from daily stresses, to clear your mind and to nourish your body.  Over time, you will find your body is more flexible and your mind is calm.
